We are looking for a “Customer Relations Manager” to assist us build and keep long-term relationship with our customers.You will be responsible for keeping close relationships with the customer, assist them with any kind of issue which they have, customer satisfaction, demand, expectation, complatins etc.

You will be functioning within the structure of “Nevita” a branch of our mother companyFuzul Group, which is operating in Real Estate Development, Valuation and Investment sector.

Requirements and Job Description

·         Manage the relations with real estate owners and tenants, ensuring that the requests are received correctly, recorded and coordinated into the system resolving during targeted times by the company

·         Manage the process of delivery,pre-sale after-sale and investor relations of the real estate that has been sold

·         To be able to analyze the demand and expectation of the customer by being in constant communication.

·         Regarding the delivery, ensuring the information invitations, bulletins, etc. is prepared and sent in accordance with company policies, procedures and instructions.

·         To be able to coordinate and execute the transactions of the real estate delivery process with the official institutions on time

·         Managing processes of residence permit and citizenship for  foreign customers.

·         Fluency in Arabic and English is a must.

·         B Class driver license
