QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

For a world leader international spirits brand

Sales:

  • Define best suitable Rout to Market strategy for Turkish Market.
  • Search, negotiate and hire new regional distributors for portfolio of brand
  • Manage both, direct import and sub-dealer sales.
  • Work closely with distributors sales team, giving them weekly/Monthly/Annual KPIs. Monitor the execution.
  • Spend 70% of time in field (store checks or Sub-dealers’ office visit)
  • Negotiate with Key Supermarket Chain markets to obtain listings.


Planning & data:

  • Make annual, Quarter, Monthly forecast of shipment and depletion.
  • Collect on weekly/monthly basis sales data from the market and share with head office.
  • Collect and share weekly market news, having effect on our business. 


Marketing:

  • Make maximum use of Portfolio to cover all the segments of category market, from mainstream to premium segment.
  • Manage Shelf Price Strategy to be competitive vs competitors and in line with the brand value.
  • Plan annual/monthly marketing activities together with the distributor and monitor the execution.
  • Provide back - up documentation, proving the marketing expenses. 
  • Provide necessary brand training to the Distributor’s sales team. 


You should be:

  • Person who lived or lives in Turkey and knows how FMCG business works.
  • Who has experience of working with regional sub-dealers and Key Accounts.
  • Who is Salesperson by nature and has all the skills for it (persuasion, charisma, influence of decision making).
  • Person who is ready to travel frequently.
  • Person, who is fluent in Turkish and English (or Russian is optional)
  • Person who knows how to work with excel and Power Point.
  • 100% dedicated working only with us, no other side jobs.
