QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Opportunity to join the Sales and Marketing team, in the factory located in Bergama, Izmir;

  • Play an active role in marketing the company and products;
  • Visit regularly customers abroad and in Turkey;
  • Attend trade shows abroad and in Turkey;
  • Use e-mail, telephone, social media and other resources to maintain customer relationships and to gain additional customers;
  • Create high customer satisfaction by organizing and following up on all stages: from marketing, price quotations and sales to exporting and delivery;
  • Coordinate shipments with Sales Support Team;
  • Create and submit commercial documents for customs clearance and export;
  • Track shipments and deliveries, solve any issues that may arise, create flawless customer experience;
  • Promote and improve company image by assisting in product catalogs, photography sessions, social media, blogs, etc.;
  • Work towards personel KPIs and team KPIs, as well as targets
  • Use CRM program effectively;
  • Follow and carry-out instructions from Sales and Marketing Director;
  • Assist local sales when needed;

GENEL NİTELİKLER:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in export sales and marketing;
  • Preferably with experience in food industry;
  • Graduate of International Trade, Logistics Management, Business Management, Commerce, Economics;
  • Experienced in working with Quality Assurance Systems;
  • Proficient in English language (advance level in reading, writing and speech);
  • Preferably proficiency in a 2nd foreign language (intermediate level in reading, writing and speech);
  • Preferably language proficiency is certifed by an accredited organization;
  • Proficient in CRM programs (intermediate level);
  • Eager to join international trade shows and customer visits, and without any barriers for doing so;
  • Posseses Turkish and International Drivers License,
  • Experienced driving cars, and is comfortable driving abroad, both manual and automatic gears.
  • Posseses advance planning and organizational skills,
  • Works with discipline and deligence, in both personal tasks and team environment;
  • Detail oriented;
  • Possesses professional work ethics;
  • Possesses great communication skills, sociable, friendly and ambitious ;
  • Eager to learn and take on new challenges;
  • Microsoft Office (advance level in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);
  • Male candidates must have completed their obligatory military duty
