We are currently looking for Total Value Management Engineer to our Product Development, TVM Team! Positions will be based onGölcük/Kocaeli.

Job Description:

• Coordinate cost reduction studies for Transit/Custom vehicles in production at Kocaeli Plant.
• Support employee suggestions for Transit/Custom vehicles, check feasibility and implement feasible ones with proper validation tests.
• Track Transit/Custom cost reduction ideas raised by Manufacturing, OPD and other departments to achieve yearly cost reduction targets of ongoing products.
• Generate new cost reduction ideas with proper techniques like benchmarking.
• Track progress of every TVM concern for Transit/Custom projects until release and implementation at the line.
• Attend weekly meetings held for cost reduction and report out the status of Transit/Custom projects vs set target.

Experience and Background Skills Desired

• Strong communication, negotiation and teamwork skills
• D&R Engineering experience is an asset.
• Knowledge and experience of project management is an asset.
• Should act multitasking and think multidimensional.
• To be result oriented & dedicated team member.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills and demonstrate ability to operate in a diverse environment
