We are currently looking for Production Technologies Engineers for our Gölcük Plant.

Candidates should have the following qualifications: 

• B. Sc/M. Sc degree from mechanical or electrical, electronics, mechatronics, control or automation engineering departments 
• PLC programming  (Siemens Simatic Manager or Tia Portal)
• HMI design and programming  (Siemens)
• Industrial Network ( Profinet, Profibus, etc.)
• Programming skills ( C, C++, C#, or VB..)
• Knowledge about Drive Techs. (Siemens Sinamics or SEW Euro Drive)
• AC, DC and Servo Motor knowledge
• Willing to make career in production area  
• Fluent in English to support international work environment. 
• No restriction in travelling
• Self motivation and discipline
• Being effective team player to collaborate with other people in different projects
• Locating in or willing to relocate to Kocaeli 
• Preferably have completed military obligations (for male candidates).

Job Description:

• Ensuring that all systems in the production line are functioning, solving the failures and controlling their maintenance·         
• Ensure that the industrial communication instruments, sensors and signaling systems in the production line are functioning provide planning, instructions, procedures, legal standards and quality management in accordance with Ford standards to ensure the most efficient use of available resources
• Follows technological developments in the sector and makes feasibility studies on the application of these developments in the factory on productivity and cost advantage
• Providing support for productivity and cost reduction studies in the equipment in the automation systems
• Improvements in maintenance systems and introducing new equipment to the system, giving training
