We are currently looking for candidates for the position of “Internal Logistics Process Engineer” directly reports to Internal Logistics Supervisor in Production Planning Department – department of Material Planning & Logistics in our Yeniköy / Kocaeli Plant.

Position Description

• Design and control of material handling and internal logistic processes.

• Managing layout optimization, route planning and Kaizen studies.

• Doing periodic job observations and determining safety risks of the processes and taking necessary precautions.

• Managing 3rd party contracts for material sequencing and progress payment.

• Workforce and equipment optimization.

• Doing ergonomics analysis of the processes and taking necessary precautions

• Implementing Internal logistic automations like vertical storage modules, AGVs.

Other Experience and Background Skills

• Engineering Degree (Industrial, Mechanical Engineering)

• 2 Years of experience or more

• Written & Spoken English (Advanced)

• Good command of Microsoft Office applications

• Strong teamwork, enthusiastic for development and innovation

• Good organizational, communication skills

• Problem solving , result oriented and persuasive skills
