 The main responsibility of Manufacturing Process Engineer is to execute the engineering activities in the Assembly Production Area with in the scope of Ford Production System and Global Product Development System standards. Assembly process engineer; 

• Develops the Assembly Process descriptions, ensuring complying with safety&ergonomic requirements, design standards and quality goals 

• Performs process feasibility studies for new product designs 

• Conducts layout studies (preparation/revision/approval) for new model vehicle programs meeting Plant and design requirements 

• Prepares RFQ’s, follows the procurement process and leads the implementations of responsible machine/equipment/ tools meeting the deadlines 

• Joins launch teams responsible of his/her process functions with the objective of achieving flawless product launch, on time and to cost, achieving quality targets 

• Leads and coaches work groups to support production delivery, quality and efficiency targets 

• Joins cross-functional team studies, evaluates the customer concern feed backs, implements urgent containment actions in responsible production processes within Variability Reduction Team organizations
