QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Departments
• Minimum 2 years experience in same related jobs
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English
• Professional knowledge of MS Office applications, SAP is a plus
• Excellent communication and negotiation  skills
• Strong ability to research and follow-up, successful time management, strong analysis, and reporting skills
• Being a good team player with strong communication skills as well as a demonstrated ability to multitask and work within a matrix organizational structure

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Examine past sales graphs, forecast for future sales, and provide relevant analysis and reports. To transfer this information as a production input and to provide necessary communication on a product basis
• Working to improve the SKU-based demand forecasting process on the basis of statistical models, sales-marketing data, production/material capacity/constraints
• Constantly working with marketing, category and sales units related to sales forecasts and product parameters
• Contributing to the creation of short, medium and long term demand plans in the direction of budget, demand forecast, and sales orders
• Preparing and analyzing reports on weekly Customer Delivery Performance and Customer order fulfillment, developing solutions to problems and communicating reports to the necessary units
• Providing the necessary coordination between sales and logistics departments, to provide information about terminology and restricted products. Carry out procurement follow-up of projects
• Coordination and preparation of the S & OP process
• Preparing daily and monthly performance reports (Forecast Accuracy, OTIF, Stock Adequacy, etc.) and Owns the maintenance of Master data necessary for forecast creation and the flow of the forecast via conversion tables.
• Following the problems in the product supply with the production planning, taking the necessary actions in case of supply problems
• Periodically measure, report and improve the Demand Planning department's KPIs
• Taking an active role in infrastructure/parameters such as forecasting software and demand planning, installation/development work related to advanced planning systems
• Monitors the accuracy of the forecast using standard measures and uses this data to continually improve the quality of the forecast
• Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies
• Develop monthly sales and inventory forecasts through vendor management tools and demand forecasting
• Forecasts demand and stocking strategy for supplies based on usage, supply availability and seasonality
• Develop and measure inventory levels and service performance through KPIs.
• Monitors Inventory Safety stock levels, minimums/multiples, and ABC values for all items
• Performs activities to expedite stock inventory with the factory and assist in planning for a division of products
• Reviews stock-out/early warning reports planning for inventory outages accordingly
