QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Fluent English skill, both written and spoken
  • Experience in the customer order and supply management area
  • Advanced knowledge of MS-Office applications. SAP experience is mandatory
  • No restrictions for traveling abroad
  • Ability to take ownership and solve problems with a positive and resilient attitude
  • Strong demonstration of the ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Customer-oriented spirit with service as a priority
  • Great teamwork skills
  • No military obligation for male candidates

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Bridging Customers, Commercial Team and Supply Team, delivering the best service and value for all parties involved from order to cash flow
  • Taking responsible to order management process for a specific export zone (Order to Cash) to maintain targeted service levels (OTIF, Order Fulfillment) with predefined order rules, order flow with the best-optimized inventory levels and order life cycle
  • Proactive and timely communication with customer and export sales team in order and shipment status
  •  Answering to the commercial team & clients' requirements efficiently(deadlines, shortages, information, disputes) and record, analyze and follow up the disputes situations (complaints, deductions, returns, etc.) in accordance with the sales, planning and category teams, and the physical distribution
  • Have a key role to clarify the root cause of develop corrective actions and ensure the continuity & improvement of service
  • Leading the development of value-added solutions for customers from forecast planning through order execution
  • Following new product launch, new order, promotional SKUs ( pricing, barcode, etc.), follow up delist/switch process
  • Taking full ownership/responsibility and ensure that all back-office processes from customer order receipt to shipment receipt.
  • Taking part in new projects
