We are looking for a HR Specialist teammate in our HR department based in Dilovası factory.

Job Description

Human Resources

• Preparing and publishing job advertisements, resume screening, responding to applications, conducting preliminary interviews for designated positions, performing reference checks, responding to candidate applications, keeping the candidate database up-to-date,
• Designing and managing orientation and onboarding processes to facilitate new employee adaptation to the company, monitoring probation periods based on position,
• Updating human resources procedures in accordance with legislation and company needs,
• Supporting the preparation of training needs and training plans, and ensuring that processes are followed,
• Keeping job descriptions up-to-date, preparing organization charts and job descriptions for new investments together with the HR Manager,
• Organizing social activities aimed at increasing employee commitment and motivation,
• Preparing reports and presentations related to human resources,
• Creating employee personal files in compliance with legislation, keeping personal files and payroll program information continuously updated,
• Daily tracking and reporting of time and attendance system (entry, exit, leave statuses),
• Conducting system establishment, development, and improvement activities related to human resources process,

Administrative Affairs

• Within the scope of Administrative Affairs; conducting necessary tracking, auditing, and reporting activities for catering, personnel shuttle bus transportation, cleaning, and security services, making arrangements,
• Identifying and controlling the cleaning and security needs of the factory’s internal and external fields.
