Requirements

• at least one year of experience on logistic, freight forward, export, import position, preferably in international company
• excellent English language knowledge 
• experience with export and import custom brokerage procedures (declarations, applying for import/export permissions, temporary import and export procedures)
• knowledge and experience of  MAPEG procedures and applications will be an advantage
• MS office program knowledge
• Professional communication level with different and international suppliers and colleagues
• Team player and ability to adjust herself/himself for other duties not specificly mention in his/her job description
• Ability to take initiative and responsibility
• Management skills within his/her scope of duties
• Punctuality and fast reaction

Duties

Daily follow up of all Purchase Orders

Daily updating status of all Purchase Orders and reporting to company management

Daily communication with other purchaser colleagues in different country offices

Daily communication with our freight forward agent and custom broker

Monthly freight forward and custom brokerage costs follow up and analysis

Advising and implementing improvements for cost reduction and process speed-up
