QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for "Budget and Reporting Executive" to be assigned in our company operating in the retail sector.


Job Description Summary

In this position, the manager works depending on the CFO. The Budget and Reporting Executive is a key member of our growing finance and operations team. She/he is responsible for managing the organization's budgeting system, policies, and processes and working with department\region budget owners to create and monitor operating budgets.


  • Manages the budget process.
  • It makes revised budget work if needed.
  • Budget forecast.
  • Financial planning and control.


This position is the mid-level executive position.


Primary Responsibilities 

  • To prepare the consolidation reports of all departments.
  • Make annual budget preparations and manage business units.
  • Auditing company accounts and financial processes.
  • Prepare monthly and annual financial reports to define financial trends, forecasts and results.
  • To follow the expenditures and other input-outputs of the departments, to review the reports about them and to direct the cash flow.
  • To record, file and report all financial transactions in accordance with company processes.
  • To make feasibility analysis within the scope of financial control studies.
  • Review all financial solutions and budgets regularly to find cost reduction opportunities.
  • To properly manage and conclude the budget period in coordination with the relevant units.
  • Reporting to the CFO on time and with the right financial information.
  • To prepare and present monthly reports of the Board of Directors.


Qualifications

  • Having at least 7 years of work experience as a Financial Controller or Budget and Report Manager/Executive.
  • Good knowledge of the legal regulations required by the position.
  • IFRS/TFRS has knowledge and experience.
  • Preferably worked in audit firms.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • To work focused to reach short and long term goals and to stick to business plans to reach the specified goals.
  • Suitable for team work.
  • Time management capability.
  • Coordination skill.
  • Must know SAP BPC, FM, FI and CO.
  • Microsoft Power BI.
  • Strong Excel knowledge.
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or Industrial Engineering.
