What will you deal with;

• End-to-end coordination and management of demand generation campaigns including planning, promotion, execution, follow-up, and reporting for programs
• Provide strategic marketing leadership and support in the scope of brand communication, events, promotions, sponsorship and advertising.
• Provide social media brief, direction and creative strategies to advertising agencies to strive for added value.
• Event planning and execution, provide event brief, direction and creative strategies to vendors.
• Test, measure and optimize programs and tactics on an ongoing basis to meet and exceed goals.
• Draft briefs, edit, proofread, and work with marketing agency to create content, send targeted emails for promotion, social media posts and follow-up to marketing programs.
• Serve as the point person for the Management team to educate and inform them of all programs, providing detailed instructions for promotion, execution, follow-up and results
• Build custom  CRM reports for each campaign to track registration, opportunity creation, and influence
• Build strong partnership with executives of each business unit and external partner to maximize internal and external communication
• Develop our fundamental marketing assets to maximize Fineksus global synergy 
• Monitor & ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions as per plan.
• Serve as the lead point of contact for all marketing & consulting partners.
• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze customers’ voice and update global customer databases

What will you bring to us;

• Bachelor degree in Marketing or Business Administration, MBA is preferred but not required.
• Advanced communication skills and experience with audiences of all levels.
• 3-4+ years related experience preferably in technology marketing in finance sector.
• 3-4 years’ experience with digital marketing, including social media, and content marketing and creating a marketing campaign, marketing strategy, and marketing plan.
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools ( Google Analytics, Mailchimp, WebTrends); basic knowledge about SEO.
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn ads campaigns.
• Fluency with English
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
