Requirements 

• Minimum Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university, preferably in engineering or a related field
• For at least 2 years, worked as product management, project management or related business unit (preferably in the finance or payment systems technology sector)
• Having a strong interest in payments and technology or payment security
• Ability to lead and motivate others through inspiration 
• Preferably have terminology and basic technical knowledge within the scope of payment systems software and processing services 
• Preferably have experience on preparing commercial / business offers.  
• 
  
• Preferably prior hands-on experience with Agile Development (Scrum, Kanban etc.)

We are looking for a Product Manager to evaluate within Finartz.

Job Description 

• Work closely with stakeholders (internal and external stakeholders) and drive the product life cycle, analyze customer needs, prioritize backlogs.
• Work closely with a team of engineers to execute product backlog, coordinate software development and testing processes.
• Work closely with the sales and management team during the negotiation process: Take part in the evaluation of rfp documents, preparation of technical & business offers and commercial agreements. 
• Create product requirements and specifications, watch the market and regulations closely and continuously, iterate and refine requirements/specifications based on feedback frequently. 
• Participate in release planning of the product.
• Help manage internal and external product requests from customers and internal components. 
• Improving metrics / goals and preparing weekly / monthly progress reports according to KPI'S
• Identify and evaluate new opportunities based on customer search, industry trends, best practices and new regulations.
• Own the product objectives and Key Results.
