FEV Turkey

• University degree from Engineering Departments,
• Minimum 3 years previous experience in grants management, including an understanding of grant-making requirements (EU H2020, ERA-NET, TUBITAK-TEYDEB, KAMAG, Kalkınma Ajansları, KOSGEB)
• Experience in intellectual property rights management and patent applications,
• Detail-oriented combined with strong analytical skills and project management experience,
• Strong organizational, planning and reporting skills,
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word),
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (in both English and Turkish),
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environmen,t
• Licensed and active driver,
• Flexible for short national and international trips,
• Experience in automotive sector is a plus.

The following are not required but are a plus:

• German language
• Completed vehicle project
• No military service obligation   

İŞ TANIMI

• Managing and supporting the grants requirement and implementation for the organization,
• Perform relevant research to identify available international and national grant opportunities and evaluate the results,
• Creating or joining project consortiums and following the project application processes,
• Preparing and submitting EU or TEYDEB project proposals,
• Coordination of TEYDEB audit organizations,
• Coordination of agreement process with TÜBİTAK and other government agencies ,
• Keep the relevant staff informed about upcoming deadlines and deliverables, thereby ensuring smooth completion of work responsibilities,
• Preparing periodic financial and technical reports,
• Monitor paperwork and other related documents connected with grant-funded programs,
• Maintain records of all payments and receivables and prepare monthly records for all grant related activities,
• Coordination with Technoparks and preparation of periodic reports,
• Preparation of patent applications, Intellectual property rights portfolio management,
• Identify and develop strategies to optimize the grants administration processes,
• Train and support new staff on grants management and reporting requirements, and provide ongoing support and guidance on systems and workflows.
