Powertrain Design & Simulation Engineers

We are looking for automotive powertrain & driveline engineers for our commercial and military vehicle development projects.

General Requirements:

• Great enthusiasm for working on powertrain and vehicle engineering fields
• Master or PhD degree in Mechanical,  Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering from a reputable university
• Fluency in English
• A good and motivated team player, but also well prepared to work independently, output-oriented and ready to take self-initiative with solution-oriented nature
• Professional behavior and solution oriented character
• No military service obligation for male candidates (completed/postponed)

Job Description:

• Taking part in the development and support from the concept to the finished output,
• New and further development of powertrain & driveline components with a focus on commercial and military vehicles system level design & integration,
• 3D modelling of the system components on Catia environment based on static and dynamic design requirements, functionality and serviceability,
• Working closely with the suppliers,
• Participate in the implementation of technologically challenging basic research, preparation of reports and documentation as well as presentation of technical topics,
• Coordinating cross functional activities to ensure functional, cost, weight, and timing targets are met,
• Undertaking practical vehicle based tasks, sign off tests, ride works, functionality tests etc.
  
  Technical Requirements:
• Experience on one of the following vehicle systems: 
  
• Powertrain systems: engine, transmission (powerpack), transfer case,
• Chassis systems: steering and suspension, 
• 3D modelling skills with one or more major CAD systems (i.e. NX, CREO, CATIA), 
  
• Good knowledge of manufacturing processes, Excellent communication skills.
