QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

    ROLE

     
    • Provides complete confidential administrative support to Managing Director
    • Act as point of contact for other executives and direct reports, employees, clients and other external parts; represents Managing Director by conducting correspondence, answering questions and meeting requests
    • Works closely and effectively with the Manager Director to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately
    • Assists in planning his daily agenda by arranging local and international meetings, appointments, conference calls and skype meetings
    • Provides background research for meetings and appointments; collects and analyses information, prepares and edit required reports and presentations
    • Participates meetings as required; prepares meeting minutes and action list in post-meeting and assist Managing Director in following up action list
    • Coordinates business travel by booking transportation, accommodations and arranging other travel details as visas, inner-city transfers, dinners, etc.
    • Assisting in the organization of corporate events (with involvement of HR and/or Marketing)
    • Provides administrative support to FEV Turkey organization

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Minimum 5 years of recent experience supporting an executive in a large corporate and global professional environment
    • Bachelor's Degree from reputable universities
    • Fluency in written and verbal English; ability to read and write in German is a big plus
    • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
    • Strong background in management of complex international calendar
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal to operate in a highly professional environment
    • Advanced planning and organization skills with high attention to details
    • Demonstrated proficiency in operating in a fast paced environment with a high sense of urgency in delivering tasks
    • Ability to interact across all levels of the organization by means of professionalism and able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality with being flexible, positive and collaborative team player
