Cad Design Engineer

FEV Turkey

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in, Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering or relevant departments from a reputable university (Master's or PhD degree is a plus),
• Good knowledge about technical drawings, tolerance, material and manufacturing methods,
• Experience and ability to review and modify data using a CAD (Computer–Aided Design) programs such as CATIA, NX, Creo, SolidWorks, etc (CATIA in a must),
• Knowledge in at least one of the following PLM/PDM suites: Teamcenter, Windchill, Enovia,
• Familiarity with automotive product development processes,
• Fluency in English,
• User experience in MS Office Applications,
• Flexible for travels abroad,
• Self-starter with the ability to work as part of a team in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision,
• Professional communication skills and time management,
• Close cooperation with internal development departments, customers and suppliers.

The following are not required but are a plus:

• German language,
• No military service obligation,
• Experience on surface modelling.

Job Description:

• To perform the desired designs in the new product development projects, using CAD software, in accordance with the plan and expectations,
• 3D design of components,
• Ensure compliance with quality, design specifications and guidelines.
