Business Development Manager

FEV Turkey

Requirements:

• BSc., MSc., or PhD degree in engineering
• Business Fluency in English and Russian is a must, Turkish and German is a plus
• More than 5 years of experience in automotive engineering or engineering sales
• A good and motivated, hardworking team player, but also well prepared to work independently, output-oriented and ready to take self-initiative with solution-oriented nature
• Good knowledge of modern engine and vehicle technology and development 
• Good understanding of sales procedure for engineering services
• Experience in Microsoft Office Programs
• Ability to Travel Required (Russia-Turkey-Germany)

Job Description:

• Business development for engineering services and product sales mainly for Russian customers
• Establish and maintain customer relationships, develop growth strategies, track and ensure sales growth 
• Clarify customer technical requirements and set-up proposals together with technical departments of relevant FEV business units and follow-up with customers until purchase order/contract
• Negotiate price, payment terms and other commercial conditions with customer
• Conduct market and competitor analysis and develop marketing strategies 
• Preparation of sales and presentation material
• Prepare customer meetings and present all FEV topics to customers
• Present FEV engineering services portfolio by customer visiting or public events
• General administrative tasks e.g. data management and evaluation in reporting systems (ERP, CRM, etc.)
• Traveling for business purposes
• Regular project acquisition status report to business development director
