Responsibilities

• Responsible for the technical support (QCD, Quality-Cost-Delivery) of the BU-Supply product portfolio at Global Production Center Manisa (GPC Manisa) from a development perspective. Being responsible of plastic injection molded parts and connecting cables. 
• Technical support to partner departments and employees at GPC Manisa on questions and tasks related to product design and manufacturability based on the product responsibility list or tasks defined by the BU. 
• Close collaboration with the development teams and contacts at headquarters and TEC Sofia. 
• Development of optimizations/changes to series products with regard to manufacturability, cost reduction, safety, quality, etc. (QCD). 
• Independent evaluation of product change suggestions from a constructive perspective 
• Provide technical information required to introduce product changes, technical coordination of the change in collaboration with the change coordinator in the factory. 
• Independent review of applications for special releases and initiation of special releases for constructive reasons. 
• Providing an opinion on the constructive aspects of model reports. 
• Independent creation and modification of product documentation (3D/DRW/MAS/DBL/...). 
• Independent creation and modification of assembly and testing instructions 
• Investigate external and internal complaints (ICM/ICP) related to the design, determine the cause of the defect, determine and take the necessary action. 
• Development support and participation in projects for new products and series products that are to be developed by Festo SE and manufactured by GPC Manisa. 

 Your Qualifications

• Successfully completed studies in the field of Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering or comparable qualification. 
• Professional experience in development/design/calculation of electromechanical/mechanical and electronic assemblies and components. 
• Knowledge of development methods, problem-solving techniques and common quality management methods 
• Knowledge of manufacturing technologies for electromechanical components. 
• Knowledge in the field of plastic injection molding is an advantage. 
• Knowledge and experience in change management in product development life cycle 
• Very good knowledge of MS Office tools and SAP applications 
• Very good CAD knowledge (PTC Creo/ME10, Windchill) 
• Independent, systematic and team-oriented way of working 
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written English
