For further growth of our businesses, we are looking for a Plant Controller to grow our Manisa facility.

Responsibilities:

• Perform reports and analyze data for Budget and Forecasts for short and long-term, analysis of deviations, various ad-hoc controlling reports in order to support business decision making and implement guidelines,

• Collaboration in the planning, forecast and reporting processes of the production plants,

• Economic evaluation of decisions about the production network,

• Coordination of processes in the international production network,

• Close cooperation with international production locations and central functions,

• Participation in central projects in the Finance department,

• Closely communicate with production and logistic team regarding forecast, reporting and planning,

• Simplify and streamline existing FP&A processes.

Qualifications:

• Proven track of 3-4 years of relevant professional experience,

• Education: completed studies in Business administration, economics, accountancy or relevant,

• Relevant certificates will be considered as an advantage,

• FP&A experience in manufacturing Industry,

• Team player with a positive attitude and strong collaboration skills,

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel,

• Experience in SAP processes, especially in the modules CO, FI, PP and MM,

• Good communication and debate skill in English.
