Accounting Specialist

For further growth of our businesses, we are looking for highly qualified and experienced Accounting Specialist for Finance&Controlling Department.

QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree (or equivalent) in business, accounting or finance 

• Preferably CPA (Certified Published Accountant)

• Excellent knowledge of accounting and all processes influencing the accounting

• 3-5 years experience in accounting

• Knowledge in local and international accounting and reporting standards

• Knowledge in transfer pricing

• Knowledge in local tax and social security legislation

• SAP

• MS Office 

• English language – intermediate level (B1)

• Organizational, multi-tasking and prioritizing skills

• Analytical skills

• Has to work in a correct way, respecting all deadlines, without loss of quality

• Good interpersonal and communication Skill

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Processing of the incoming invoices (incl. Fixed Assets): control of expense evidence, assuring of approvals and compliance rules, booking according to accounting policies

• Control and perform posting of personnel’s travel expenses and support timely reimbursement

• Perform accurate and timely reconciliation of Inter-company transactions with affiliated companies and external service providers and suppliers

• Support accurate financial records and monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing

• Assist outgoing payments at scheduled payment date

• Perform purchase VAT accounts reconciliation and VAT reporting

• Support preparation of monthly VAT return and related tax statements to tax authority.

• Perform and follow up the works connected to Investment Incentive Certificate
