QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a "Customer Service Specialist" who will work with us in our Istanbul Office.
· Taking customer orders from sales or customers, entering them into SAP system,
· Approving customer orders and generating production request on the SAP system,
· Communicating necessary information to sales & customers,
· Determining charges about shipments, oversee billing,
· Actualizing and following import and export processes,
· Preparing the documents needed for import and export processes,
· Communicating with production and warehouse for planning,
· Creating customer invoices in the system and their follow up.
· Bachelors degree from a reputable university (Business Administration, Economy, Industrial Engineering ...)
· Advanced level of English,
· At least 3 years experiences in customer service department,
· SAP experience is preferred,
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
· Customer oriented
· Team player
