QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION


QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for an İstanbul based Trade Marketing Manager who will be directly reporting to Sales Director. The responsibilities and the qualifications are mentioned below:

·         Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university,

·         8-11 years of experience in commercial departments in FMCG with at least 4 years of managerial experience and 4 years experience of Trade Marketing,

·         Excellent communication skills in English,

·         Advanced level of MS Office applications,

·         Team player, flexible and result-oriented, multi-tasking,

·         Autonomy, sense of initiative and assertiveness,

·         Proactivity and strategic thinking,

·         Skilled in sales competencies (understanding, planning, selling&negotiating and managing),

·         Good analytical skills and interpersonal relationship skills.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

·         Leading to provide shopper insights and effective utilization of those knowledge into customer plans,

·         Understanding of shopper profiles and categories in order to develop a strategical channel and customer plan via those profiles

·         Customizing shopper-based plans to key customers and being a partner of account team in alignment of customer team

·         Executing Channel/Customer performance and potential analysis to identify trade marketing

·         opportunities,

·         Working closely with channel managers and KAMs to provide argumentation, in the development of joint businessplans, monitoring performances of implemented plans at channel/ account/category level,

·         Understanding the competitors in related categories and developing competitive sales plans to meet with targeted shoppers

·         Coordinating the sales promotions, in&out or occasional products with marketing, supply chain and legal departments

·         Tracking store activities performances (ROI) ensuring company guidelines and timeline are met,

·         Providing to sales function effective information about products, POSM, promotional activities and display materials,

·         Planning, managing and monitoring the trade marketing budget effectively and work closely with finance team

·         Ensuring all actions are in line with business objectives with focus on the overheads budget.
