QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

About the role:


We are looking for an İstanbul based Region Quality Manager who will be reporting both to Region Manager Turkey and Area Quality Manager. The responsibilities and the qualifications are mentioned below:



Who we are looking for:


  • Bachelor’s degree Food Engineering ,chemistry Engineering,
  • Minimum 10 years experience in  a multinational company 
  • Advanced problem solving, analytical and presentation skills
  • Strong communication and team management skills, able to work in a multicultural environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and in Turkish
  • Excellent command of MS Office programs 
  • Should have no restriction for business travels


Main Responsibilities:


  • Defines and assures guidelines are correctly applied at local level 
  • Propose improvements to the existing guidelines and methodologies based on local constraints and applicability
  • Defines mechanisms for coordination and guarantee alignment among Region resources (e.g. recurring meeting, update reports, dashboards, etc.).
  • Promotes quality aspects within the Region by taking part in relevant governance meetings and proposing improvement projects
  • Coordinates Plant Quality, Commercial Quality, Raw Materials and Packaging Quality
  • Ensures the respect of quality standards regarding food service products and projects, based on centrally defined (commercial quality development function) guidelines and rules
  • Oversees regularly suppliers, plants, warehouses, distributors and contact center
  • Defines and monitors the KPI / indicators for updating the Regional Board about Quality activities.
  • Coordinates with Plant Quality and AQM for the management of Incidents to ensure a promptly and effective response and management
  • Maintains relationship with health authorities, category associations, institutions that impact quality
