Supply Chain Controlling Manager

About the role:

We are looking for an İstanbul based Supply Chain Controlling Manager who will be directly reporting to HCo Turkey Controlling Manager. The responsibilities and the qualifications are mentioned below:

 Main Responsibilities:

·         Supports the business in achieving profitable growth by providing support and guidance to Supply Chain teams

·         Leading and preparing the Budget and SAF submission for Supply Chain Costs

·         Reports variances of supply chain costs vs forecast to provide an accurate financial situation with identification of risk and opportunity

·         Performs Supply Chain Controlling and provide periodic reports for Head of Supply Chain

·         Reviews Inventory, DIO to support working capital management

·         Ensures monthly and year-end closings (month closing in SAP, accrual management), forecasting activities, performing variance analysis for Supply Chain Costs

·         Prepares analyses and ROI calculations for capex investments

·         Analyzes, recommend and approve investment or profitability for complex files or projects

·         Responds appropriately to management queries in relation to the supply chain department

·         Initiates, coordinate and track supply chain processes improvements and ensure the respect of Ferrero standards and best practices

·         Look for synergies in supply chain areas of Ferrero Turkey

Who we are looking for:

·         University degree preferably in Business Administration or Economics

·         4-7 years experience

·         Advanced problem solving, analytical and presentation skills

·         Project Management knowledge is an asset

·         Strong communication skills, able to work in a multicultural environment

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and in Turkish

·         Excellent skills in MS Office applications

·         SAP knowledge

·         Should have no restriction for business travels

·         No military obligation
