We are looking for a Talent & Internal Communication Specialist who will be directly reporting to Talent & Internal Communication Manager.

 

The responsibilities and the qualifications are mentioned below;

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in a reputable university,
  • At least 1-2 years of related work experience in HR
  • Good planning, analytical and communication skills,
  • Being multi task oriented
  • Being able to work in a flexible and dynamic work environment,
  • Advanced English level

JOB DESCRIPTION

  •         Supporting the talent acquisition, employer branding, Ferrero University, performance and competencies management, talent management issues
  •          Managing the organization of all Ferrero Group and Local Training iniatives
  •         Being the focal point for the ATS and LMS registrations
  •         Supporting the deployment of  Employer Branding strategy at local level; media and website contents, manages local content on website/LinkedIn and other social media,
  •         Supporting the implementation at Local Level the global internal communication strategy
  •         Supporting the Group Internal Communication in establishing intranet and internal social network by gathering information and ideas from Local personnel
  •         Manages relationship with Local external agencies to deploy communication tools (e.g. videos, brochures, posters, roll ups)
  •         Managing all adhoc issues (purchase request/purchase order processes, contract management with third parties, etc.)
