About the Role:

We are looking for an Istanbul IT Business Applications Specialist who will be directly reporting to IT Business Applications Responsible. The responsibilities and the qualifications are mentioned below:

Main Responsibilities:

• Daily operations support and working with business users to solve issues raised
• Analyze/ understand business requirements with other departments and make sure to agree on scope of the demand
• Work on the design of the solution
• Perform IT unit tests and coordinate user acceptance test. Ensures that issues are identified, tracked, reported and resolved in a timely manner.
• Provide blueprint, functional and end user documentation
• Ensure projects to be accomplished in expected quality and scope in accordance with IT standards at projected time
• Manage the communication between Global IT, External Resources and Departments.
• Determining, evaluating and prioritizing the needs of business
• Recognizes the key capabilities required to deliver a high quality service experience to the users.

Who we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems Engineering, Mathematics Engineering or Business Administration related discipline
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English
• SAP experience in at least one of the FI-CO, SD-MM (logistic) modules is essential.
• Experience with Idoc, EDI structure and cross system communication logic.
• Knowledge in Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement and Production business processes is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years experience in relevant roles. FMCG experience is a plus.
• Male candidates should have no military obligations
• Good command of MS Office programs.
