We are looking for a Business Development Specialist / SeniorBusiness Development Specialistto join our team in İstanbul Kurtköy facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in engineering (mechanical, electrical, mechatronics engineering)
• 5 years of experience in business & project development
• Good command of English
• Proficiency with MS Office
• Detail oriented
• Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
• CRM tool experience (ZOHO, Salesforce or etc.)
• ERP knowledge (preferably IFS)

Preffered Prior Experience

• Defense and Aerospace sector experience is highly desired
• Basic Knowledge of Military Standards and AS9100 Rev.D QMS
• Experience at international exhibitions (organizing & participating)
• Experience working with Foreign/International Market

What you'll do

• Researching and identifying potential business opportunities, including new markets, customers, solution partnerships and partnerships,
• Preparing offers, presentations and marketing materials to support sales activities,
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of business development activities, including contacts, potential collaborations and opportunities,
• Ensuring the management of the CRM system,
• Preparing plans and reports regarding business development activities,
• Monitoring project progress, identifying problems in advance and intervening proactively to ensure timely completion and delivery,
• Conducting periodic data analysis for work followed by senior management.
• Contributing to the creation of the annual sales budget.
