Financial Control Specialist

• University degree in Business Administration, Economy or Industrial Engineering (Master degree is a plus)
• Min. 3-5 years work experience in an international industrial environment preferably with an audit background
• Very good command of written & spoken English
• Good knowledge of SAP
• Experience on IFRS Reporting / USGAAP
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Experience on general accounting
• Knowledge of cost of product is a plus
• Analytical thinking ability with strong planning and organizational skills
• No military obligation for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI

• Coordination and preparation of the annual business plan as well as weekly and monthly projections
• Responsible for reviewing the actual performance to the stated business plan with the plant director and staff
• Required to analyze any negative trends to ensure compliance with objectives
• Responsible to ensure the integrity of the plant's financials are maintained
• Performs regular reviews of the plant's capital and expense project funds to ensure budget and performance measurements, including the critical success factors
• Supervises the preparation of the monthly performance measurements, including the critical success factors
• Responsible for preparation of the monthly variance analysis and bridge between plan, forecast, and actual results
• Responsible for supervising the annual physical inventory and safeguard of plant assets
