PROJECT MANAGER

QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Having completed the most important projects in Turkey so far, FBA Construction has been serving with its expert staff at home and abroad in the following branches; design, engineering, construction and project management services. We are looking for a “PROJECT MANAGER” to be involved in the project of 1500 villas, private schools, commercial and social facilities, public school, park and private forest area complex undertaken by our company with an expert staff in Riva, Istanbul. The successful candidate should have the following qualifications;

·         Civil Engineering or Architecture degree, MBA or master degree is a plus,

·         Experience in large-scale and quality priority projects,

·         At least 20 years of experience required, preferably in International Projects,

·         Ability to supervise and guide the implementation of the project,

·         Coordinate the internal and external design process throughout project plan considering the targeted quality and budget,

·         Ambitious in providing quality with time and cost control,

·         Very good command of project follow-up, work schedule, site progress reporting,

·         Very good command of MS Office and AutoCad Applications,

·         Excellent communication, negotiation & conflict management skills,

·         Outstanding influencing, interpersonal and networking skills to drive collaborative culture at all level,

·         Strong critical thinking and effective problem solving skills,

·         Keen and effective team player

·         Review & follow up the project schedule with senior management,

·         No military obligation for male candidates,

Typical responsibilities to include; 

Managing the project in the most effective and efficient way in terms of time, budget, quality and OHS criteria,

Best use and management of resources in project phases,

Conducting the operational business plan and prioritization of its area of responsibility within the whole project,

Monitoring the project budget and ensuring cost control,

Coordinate with the technical office, establish the necessary basis and organization, be responsible for the completion of the project on time and delivery of the work,

Ensure correct reporting of project activities and progress,

Perform project and site management by providing the necessary coordination between different disciplines and subcontractors,

Coordinating external advisors as well as a variety of internal teams during project management effort,

Developing new ideas about project.
