It manufactures and distributes the brand products ACE Neoblanc and Comet in 39 countries in the Western European and Central Eastern Europe Middle East and Africa markets; in Italy it has been expanding the market of personal hygiene products since the late '60 and it now produces and sells brand products such as Pampers, LINES, LINES Specialist and Tampax.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree preferably from HR, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Industrial or Management Engineering and other related departments
  • Turkish mother tongue
  • 7-10 years of experience in HR / similar roles
  • Possibly, experiences in production companies in HR & Admin Departments
  • Demonstrable competencies such as communication, planning and organization and being service focused
  • Self-motivation and positive attitude with high level of energy and strong cultural adaptability
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic work-environment
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • No military obligation for male candidates

For Fater Turkey, We're looking for a HR Business Partner to be involved in our production plant organization in Gebze.

The ideal candidate wants to join our company to develop his/her career in our Human Resources Department.

The HR Business Partner should add value on all processes in Employee Life Cycle such as Recruitment, Performance, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, Talent Management, Labour Law and Admin processes

  • coaching & consulting employees about HR related topics
  • ensuring policies & procedures are tracked and applied
