For our multinational client, we are currently seeking a “Training And Development Manager” based in Istanbul, who will report toHuman Resources Group Manager directly.

Qualifications

Ideal candidate is / has;

·     *  Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Labor Economics, Business Administration or related fields

·     *  Minimum 10 years of experience in Training and Development, especially on competence based modelling

·     *  Experience in Learning Management System (preferably SAP) and Training Academy,

·     * Advanced level of Engilish skills is a must

·     * Proven record of presentation (preparation and delivery) writing, reporting and research skills,

·      * Positive approach with excellent analytical, communication and organizational skills,

·      * Self-directed and self-motivated, able to work both independently and within a highly collaborative team environment,

·      * Costumer, quality, process and result driven approach,

·      * Technical proficiency of MS Office

Job Description

·     *  Contributing to the creation of human resources strategies and policies

·     *  Preparing, approving and communicating the annual business plan, training calendars and budget of the unit, managing within the framework of company and function strategies

·     * Determining the career needs of his / her own team, giving feedback them about their performances, coaching, providing their motivation and development

·     *  Determining the annual training needs in coordination with department directors and to ensure the effect-cost analysis

·     *  Measuring and evaluating the effectiveness of the trainings

·     * Following the innovations and developments in the sector, identify the training needs related to this and include them in the annual plan

·      * Placing the educational approach consisting of in-class and e-trainings in the institution

·      * Managing the e-learning training management system

·      * Taking part in transformation projects aimed at improving corporate culture

·      * Becoming a follower and implementer of the projects running in partnership with the conglomerate

·      * Preparing development plans within the framework of career plans
