For our business partner operating in packaging industry, we are currently looking for a‘’Technical Service Specialist’’. The position directly reports to Technical Service Manager.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate is / has;

* Bachelor’s Degree in electrical & electronical engineering, mechatronics engineering or similar departments

* Minimum 5 years of industrial experience

* Experience of machine technology in packaging industry

* Strong communication skills, having high responsibility and result-oriented

* Very good command of English

* Driver’s license, no travel barrier

Job Description;

* Performing technical service visits to domestic and international customers for customer complaints or line trials

* Performing the necessary tests to measure the performance of the film produced on the machines in the technical service laboratory when necessary

* Completing technical service reporting to requird departments ie. R&D, Sales and quality, after technical service customer visits

* Determining the needs of lab machines such as spare parts and materials

* Participating in meetings with the customer when necessary to provide technical support to sales units

* Making suggestions to increase efficiency in production and service flow, reduce production losses, improve processes, use resources effectively and increase quality.
