QUALIFICATIONS

·        Bachelor's or master degree,

·        Minimum 2 years experience in Customer Services,

·        Fluency in English,

·        Excellent organization, writing and interpersonal skills,

·        Good level of MS-Office applications, SAP SD Module,

·        No military obligation for male candidate,

·        Candidate who are willing to live or already living on the Anatolian side of Istanbul are preferred.

JOB DESCRIPTION

·        Responsible for  international order process and follow up,

·        Ensure right products will be provided to customers on demanded time and conditions,

·        Gathers&controls production,transportation and financial data to finalize order process,

·        Controls customer feedbacks and take actions regardingly,

·        Supports commercial marketing activities for related foreign country market,

·        Should be proactive and able to take actions before the problems occur,

·        Aims the continuity of both internal and external customer satisfaction,

·        Cooperates with the other related departments to increase service quality,

·        Works closely with sales, planing, logistics procurement and warehouse departments,

·        To follow up and finalize customer complaints.
