QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree from a reputable university preferably in Economics, Business Administration or Engineering
• Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience on Key Accounts in FMCG sector.
• Proven track record /sales experience with key international or local retailers.
• Strategic customer relationship building skills
• Results oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivating.
  Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail a must
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Team player with excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable with numbers, good analytical skills enabling to make analysis
• No obstacle to travel & Active driver.
• No obstacle of military service for male candidates

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Strategic account management in a financially effective approach
• Execution of business plans to meet or exceed financial objectives by developing collaborative customer partnerships and selling with excellence
• Develop and implement joint business plans including key financials and growth pillars to meet customer & company objectives.
• Demonstrate financial and commercial acumen and understanding of business issues/opportunities.,
• Investigate and integrate information about shopper and retailer to determine development opportunities for all Evyap categories.
• Work in partnership with brand and trade marketing teams to ensure development and implementation of customer category strategy and achieve best-in-class account 4P targets (Product, Placement, Price & Promotion)
