Job Description

• Understand the research need of the relevant party, select best appropriate research methodology, lead the project, generate insights from research results and communicate them clearly with the teams
  
• Synthesize market research information and insights to understand the underlying story represented by the data and develop recommendations for the organization
• Manage relationships with internal clients and research agencies
• Designing and applying ad-hoc qualitative and quantitative research projects
• Preparing periodic reports with content of brand and competitor market share performances, distribution behaviours, pricing and promotion strategies
• Collaborating with all Marketing, Business Development, R&D Teams in order to understand market dynamics and research needs and recommend the most appropriate research methodology
• Supporting marketing in determining their product strategies according to the market research findings
• Examining data to grasp issues, draw conclusions, and solve problems
• Taking personal responsibility for the quality and timeliness of work and achieves results with little oversight

Required Qualifications

• University degree from a reputable university
• Minimum 3 years in qualitative and / or quantitative market research experience,Having strong interpersonal skills, result oriented and multitasked
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Having extensive research methodology knowledge
• Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken English
• Good knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint and Word
