Application Technology consultancy to customers in Turkey, Middle East & Africa Region, in the fields of formulation and application, and during the usage of products belonging to the Evonik Business Line Health Care

TASKS

• Technical consultancy and provision of expertise for existing and potential customers, in order to secure existing business or gain new businesses for the Business Line
• Proactive generation of new business through observation, evaluation and qualification of the relevant leads and opportunities and their transformation into a product-and service-business
• Manage the Health Care laboratory by prioritizing projects, efficiently managing resources, coordinating safety-related activities and ensuring compliance with all Evonik ESHQ policies
• Takeover of project related commercial tasks in accordance with the Sales Department
• Prioritization of customer activities in collaboration with the Sales Department, in order to gain new business and increase product sales
• Release of project relevant technical documentation before and after implementation
• Takeover of the interface function between customer and Project Management as well as Technical Departments at all active projects
• Independent processing of customer related problems and provision of solutions
• On-site support of customers at development projects or in case of production problems on a regional level
• Representation of Evonik and of the Business Line Health Care at important industry events like industry conferences, fairs, workshops etc.
• Organization and implementation of customer workshops of the Business Line Health Care in collaboration with the Sales Department
• Creation of technically scientific publications, posters and presentations
• Visiting important existing and potential customers in the whole region (Turkey, Middle East , Africa), in collaboration with the Sales Department
• Establishment and deepening of business relationships to multipliers like for instance to medical equipment producers

PROFILE

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry or Chemical Engineering; Master or Ph.D.is a plus
• Several years of experience in the area of formulation development (hands on lab skills)as well as in the Application Technology consultancy/sales
• Very good knowledge in the area of galenics and process technology
• Special knowledge tablet coating (EUDRAGIT ®, EUDRAGUARD ®)
• Very fluent English and Turkish knowledge, spoken and written
• Good knowledge of GMP and in the processing of high potent active ingredients
• Good IT knowledge and skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint etc.)
• Good presentation skills, strong communication & problem solving skills
• Clear service mindset to ensure customer satisfaction
• Readiness to travel frequently
