Evento Textiles, producer of bespoke textile decorations is looking for a Finance Manager. With its factory located in Antalya along with a branch in the Netherlands, we supply all European & Middle Eastern countries.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Must have advanced level verbal and written communication skills in English

· University degree

· Minimum 5 years work experience, preferably in multi-national companies

· Ability to analyse data and/or situation, maintain high accuracy and work quality standards, demonstrate problem solving skills

· Ability to establish rapport, credibility and drive results

· Analytical and communication skills

· Energetic, self-motivated and dedicated

· No military obligation for male candidates

JOB DESCRIPTION

WEEKLY

1. Cash-flow Forecast

2. Issue of invoices to clients for both TR & NL

3. Control and tight follow up of incomes from clients and payments to suppliers

4. Supplier payments

5. Cash & Bank balance control

6. Currency tracking (USD-EUR-TL)

7. Posting invoices from clients & suppliers

MONTHLY

1. Cash & Bank balance control

2. Currency tracking (USD-EUR-TL)

3. Issue or to review the payrolls documents of each employee

4. Payrolls payments

5. Taxes and Social Security payment

6. Posting invoices from clients & suppliers

7. Inventory report

8. Sales report vs budget and vs past periods

9. Reports & follow up on VAT returns

10. Reports & follow up on Kosgeb & Exporters Union subsidy programs

QUARTERLY

1. Taxes declarations (profit, VAT,etc)

2. Depreciation

3. Inventory report

4. Closure of accounts (Balance & P&L)

5. Control of deviations from the yearly budget (P&L)

6. Preparing financial reports + Balance & P&L from our branch in the Netherlands

YEARLY

1. Cash-flow forecasts

2. Budget (P&L)

3. Inventory report

4. Closure of accounts (Balance & P&L)

5. Reports & follow up on annual operating list for Ministry of Industry

6. Preparation of TURKSTAT annual surveys

7. Preparation of the annual declaration of Kosgeb
