The general qualifications of this position include the followings; 

Education:

Bachelor's degree, Computer Science/Engineering or BA/BS in Business/Marketing.

Experience / Technical Knowledge:

  • Track record of success in a digital marketing role with min.8 years of experience.
  • Experience with marketing automation, email marketing, and other related platforms.
  • Has a finger on the pulse of what’s happening in B2B digital marketing

Language:

Excellent command of English

Personal Competencies:

  • Exceptional project management skills, with a keen eye for detail. 
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. 
  • Passionate, creative thinker with exceptional analytical skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The successful new joiner will be a member of an international team, which enables him/her to improve his/her technical and personal competencies.

He/she will be responsible for:

  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns together with product marketing by planning budget, and implementation schedules.
  • Achieve maximum ROI in paid campaigns by collecting and analyzing data, and identifying trends and insights.
  • Manage the Etiya website and make regular customer behavioral in-depth analysis and work on SEO of the website pages, with a focus on optimizing user experience and improving performance.
  • Plan and execute social media activities through competitive and audience research.
  • Create and execute email-based marketing campaigns
  • Achieve audience engagement, website traffic, and lead generation by exploiting all digital marketing aspects of digital marketing roadmap.
  • Suggest and manage activities for improving the quality of online content and ensure the highest quality of the content elements on the digital channels by working closely with other marketing team members.
