Qualifications & Desired Characteristics

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields (preferably Master degree in Marketing or Business Administration)
• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in Shipping/Shipbuilding marketing
• Excellent English&Russian and Turkish oral and written communications skills
• Strong analytical and strategical thinking skills
• Ability to work well with diverse, cross-functional teams
• Change management  skills
• Leadership skills to lead and shape growth vision and marketing strategy

Key Responsibilities

• Establishing and implementing marketing strategies and action plans for target markets 
• Carrying out market visits for entering to new countries, determining market potential by investigating the market and formulating market entry strategies and plans
• Establishing growth targets and KPIs for international markets and working in coordination with relevant shipping compaines to achieve these targets
• Develop strategies for shipping growth in international markets, plan and implement commercial marketing activities and materials accordingly
• Positioning the ESENKIYI brand and service in international markets and conducting communication activities in this direction
• Establishing and managing a marketing and service budget in line with the needs of international markets
• To develop efficient and effective business relations with all relevant internal and external clients to fulfill all these tasks
