Key Account Manager

ERTE COSMETICS is seeking a highly motivated, hands-on and detail-oriented Key Account  Manager to join our Private Label Department in our factory at Beylikduzu. Position will be reporting directly to Head of Private Label and be responsible for the following tasks and duties;

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Establish/develop and maintain working relationships with key customers and targeted accounts

Responsible of entire production process, from getting an order till shipment

Be involved in purchasing process and negotiate with suppliers

Interface with internal departments and external contacts regarding product specifications, sampling, price and timing

Maintain a calendar of events to keep track of projects

Attend and represent at trade shows and offsite customer locations for meetings

Provide customer service and address customer complaints promptly

Provides market intelligences to assist the company to meet market demands

Participates in special projects and performs additional duties in support of departmental goals

Qualifications/ Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree

Excellent command of written and spoken English

Min 3+ years of experience in Private Label and Key Account Management, preferably in cosmetics field

Must have leadership skills, be a good negotiator

High energy and strong organization skills are essential

Have conflict management & strong problem solving and planning skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Applications and SAP system

Must have completed or be free of military obligation for male candidates
