Job Description

• Controling and confirming all the invoices received and issued through the invoicing platform,

• Performing AR and AP and all general ledger account reconciliations,

• Preparing vat refund table about VAT exceptions and managing the all process with tax administration office,

• Following day to day accounting activities, managing of E-Invoice, E-archive process,

• Preparing VAT1 VAT 2 declarations,

• Controlling and capturing invoices into the SAP system,

• Preparing analysis and reports, 

• Preparing BA/BS report.

Qualifitions

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics or equivalent from a reputable university,

• Good command of English,

• Minimum 3 years experience in in General Accounting and Taxation in a multinational and manufacturing environment,

• Very good knowledge of Uniform Chart of Account and Tax Legislation,

• Experience in ERP systems, SAP is preferred,

• Analytical approach and critical thinking,

• Good communicator, team player, dynamic, goal oriented, highly flexible and hard worker,

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel,

• No military obligation for male candidates,

• Lives or is able to live on the Anatolian side of İstanbul.
