Brand Manager

We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented and self-motivated Brand Manager to support our growing team.

• At least 3 years of full-time work experience in marketing (preferably in the FMCG sector)
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related discipline 
• Fluency in English
• Creative, innovative personality with special interest in product development
• Ability to analyze numerical data and drive business results
• Male candidates must have completed the military service

İŞ TANIMI

• Acts as a brand leader for own product line, supervising the Assistant Brand Manager responsible for that category
• Coordinates related parties (like advertising, digital, event, PR, packaging design agencies) to execute annual marketing plans
• Manages own brand's marketing budget, keeping track of the actualized budget periodically
• Leads product development activities, closely working with R&D, production and procurement teams and manages packaging design projects
• Monitors and analyzes market data and all available sales figures and takes required actions accordingly
• Gains consumer insight by performing required research projects and translates them into business objectives
