We are seeking an Architect for our Diplomatic Facility Projects in Dhaka, Bangladesh.  

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering
• Knowledge of construction techniques, ability to implement methods and solutions for complex problems
• Minimum 8 years experience in similar type of work,
• Overseas construction experience, preferable in OBO projects
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken,
• Good command of MS Office programs and AutoCAD,
• No military obligation for male candidates.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills tailored to an audience of professionals, management and staff with a broad range of technical skills

Job Description

• Lead all the Architectural works of the Projects.
• Prepare architectural modification drawings as required during the Project execution
• Check and modify As Built Drawings as required in coordination with the Contractor and Client requirements 
• Attend bi-weekly technical meeting for the purpose of technical site problem solving
• Maintain technical inspection to all architectural works.
• Ensure that all architectural works under construction are strictly complying with the project specifications / approved drawings
• Review the schedules  and shall follow-up the updated schedule issued during the construction period.
• Prepare a Monthly Progress Reports.
• Review and comment on the nominated sub-contractors.
• Maintain a full control on safety measures and all statutory and contractual obligations
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office
