QUALIFICATIONS

• B.Sc. degree in Civil Engineering,
• Min. 3 years of experience as a Site Engineer,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English,
• Strong communication skills,
• Analytical thinking, solution oriented, enthusiastic, self-motivated, positive and energetic.
• No restriction to travel and stay abroad.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Monitor daily production schedules and ensure they are executed efficiently,
• Review and check engineering drawings related to rebar production for accuracy and compliance with industry standards, such as AASHTO(American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials) , ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials) and EN (European Norm) guidelines,
• Review and check engineering drawings related to rebar production for accuracy and compliance with industry standards,
• Paying attention to the dimensions, tolerances, and properties of rebar components in the drawings,
• Collaborate with production teams to plan and schedule the manufacturing of rebar products to departments demands,
• Maintain proper documentation of reviewed drawings and related communications,
• Identify potential production issues and implement solutions to optimize production flow,
• Monitor raw material inventory levels and coordinate with procurement teams to ensure adequate stock availability,
• Optimize inventory control processes to minimize waste and inventory carrying costs,
• Ensure that all production activities comply with health and safety regulations,
• Work closely with production supervisors, operators, and maintenance teams to foster a collaborative and productive work environment,
• Provide technical support and guidance to production teams as needed,
• Strong knowledge of rebar production processes, materials, and industry standards,
• Develop and implement safety training programs to enhance awareness and reduce workplace accidents,
• Conduct regular safety inspections and promote a safe working environment for all production staff.
