• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering,
• Minimum 6 years of administrative affairs purchasing activities,
• Minimum 2 years of team management experience,
• Strong follow-up on multi-tasks, communication skill,
• Ability to determine and solve problems,
• Strong analytic minded,
• Good team player, self-disciplined, result-oriented with planning and organization skills,
• Good level of computer skills, MS Office programs, SAP,
• Good command of English,
• No military service obligation for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Managing of administrative affairs purchasing activities,
• Designing and implementing business needs with business partners,
• Preparing the contracts and documents necessary to ensure that confidentiality obligations are fulfilled by all parties,
• Managing tenders and bidding activities, evaluation of the proposals,
• Conducting negotiations with the suppliers on cost, quality and payment and delivery terms optimization,
• Developing good communication and relationship within the team and with the suppliers,
• Monitoring, managing and reporting all operational issues,
• Communicating and solving problems with the suppliers.
