ENERGO-PRO is Europe’s leading and pioneering company that is active in hydropower plant construction and operation, in power generation, electricity distribution and power trading, and also turbine and generator production in Central and Eastern Europe, Black Sea and Caucacus.

Litostroj Power was founded in Slovenia more than 70 years ago. The company is the leading power generation equipment manufacturer offering water turbines as well as hydro technical equipment. The Litostroj Power Group became a part of the ENERGO-PRO Group in May, 2014 and the ENERGO-PRO Group established a turbine and generator production company Litostroj Türkiye with a production facility in Temelli, Ankara. Through Litostroj Türkiye, turbine and generator production experience and know-how are transferred from Central Europe to Ankara.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related departments,
  • Minimum 2 years experience as an Administrative Assistant,
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English,
  • Advanced command of Microsoft Office,
  • Effective communication skills and a professional attitude,
  • Self-disciplined, well-organized and detail-oriented personality,
  • Ability to handle simultaneous tasks and confidential issues. 
  • Being able to work in Sincan II Industrial Zone (Temelli)

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Conducting verbal and written business correspondence in English.
  • Following daily routine administrative tasks
  • Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
  • Handling incoming calls and other communications.
  • Organizing travel by booking accommodations and reservations needs as required.
  • Signs for delivered packages and distributes them to the appropriate recipient
  • Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Taking meeting minutes, organizing files and maintaining records
  • Assisting and organizing the schedule of the Executive Director when needed.
  • Managing logistical aspects of local/international events and meetings hosted by the company.
  • Monitoring the office supplies.
  • Organizing and maintaining office tasks.
