  To support our team in Istanbul, we are looking to recruit an In-house Attorney.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, (LL.M in the UK or USA will be an asset.)
  • 5-8 years’ experience in a reputable law firm or a national/multinational company,
  • Knowledge and experience in the fields of corporate law, trade law, energy law, contract law, administrative law,
  • Excellent command of English for the purposes of negotiating and drafting of commercial contracts, , German skills are a benefit – but not a must
  • Good communication skills and proactive attitude required
  • Proficiency in MS-Office
  • Excellent command of the English language, German skills are a benefit – but not a must
  • Deadline conscious and keep on detail analytics
  • Good communication skills
  • Self-confident  personality who is convincingly team-oriented
  • In possession of driver´s license

Job Description:

• Provide analysis and counsel on legal issues to include; sales transactions, procurement, claim management, merger and acquisition issues, public and private tender procedure
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating on various kinds of commercial contracts including sales contracts, procurement/sub-construction contracts, etc.
• Ensure compliance of company procedures and contracts with applicable laws and regulations
• Working with business teams to negotiate and execute deals and improve internal processes
• Research and analyze the legislation on complex issues and writing briefs and reports
• Keeping abreast of market developments and changes in the law and periodically inform internal teams members
• Supporting after-sales department for claim management
