To support our team in Izmir - Gaziemir, we are looking to recruit a Employee Services Specialist with contract at least 6 months.

General Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in related fields
• Good command of the English language(Verbal&written)
• Good knowledge about Turkish Labour Law
• Proficiency in MS-Office
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• At least 2 year experience in related fields
• Living in İzmir

Duties & Responsibilities

• Close cooperation with local and regional HR as well as CoEs and global and corporate HR BPs 
• Lead or participate in HR projects
• Tracking seniority for Jubilees, special occasions etc. and inform the supervisor upfront
• Salary calculation including overtime, travel, meal allowance payment 
• Private health insurance entries and exits, as well as follow up changes
• Develop in cooperation with the Business partners the salary structure
• Support with MERCER Data 
• Submitting the documents to be submitted to social security to the necessary departments
• Send reports to the responsible controlling 
• Take care of personal files
• Absence tracking (if nedded)
